About the event
We are super happy to be able to offer be two classes - one doing the 6 poses of Surya Namaskar A, the other doing the complete 108 rotations of Surya Namaskar.
Come and join us at the Barracks in activation our bodies in celebration of the middle of summer as we give thanks for what we have, and experience gratutude for our bodies by completing (or trying!) this signficiant challenge.
